“My journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi to study at TH School helped me discover my passion for people and my desire to contribute to the community. These experiences showed me that I have what it takes to succeed in a multicultural environment, and I believe I can develop creative solutions to complex local and global challenges.”

Lê Hồng Thụy studied at TH School from 2016 to 2018 on a full scholarship. During her time at the school, she served as President of the Student Council, was a finalist at the World Scholar’s Cup Global Round at Yale University (USA) in 2017, and participated in a United Nations program in Vietnam focusing on gender equality.

She was later awarded a full scholarship to Soka University of America in Aliso Viejo, California, and also received a USD 34,000 scholarship from the “For Vietnamese Stature Foundation.” In her first year at university, she was named to the Dean’s List and joined the Pacific Basin Research Center at Soka University as a Junior Research Fellow, working on a project about ethnic minorities in Malaysia.

In addition, Thụy took part in a study program at the United Nations Headquarters in New York and was selected as one of 100 outstanding female students across the United States to attend the Forté Foundation’s College Conference and Business Leadership Forum in Boston.
